MHJ is a one-person, handcraft operation. Every piece of jewelry is made by hand with care, artistry, and decades of passion. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience for every customer.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or placing an order.

2. Our Products

All jewelry offered on this site is handcrafted by hand. As a result:

• Each piece is unique and may have slight variations from photos — this is a hallmark of authentic handcrafted work, not a defect.

• Items are available in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed.

• New items are added monthly. Listings are updated as new pieces become available.

• Product photography is taken to accurately represent each piece; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device's display settings

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• The billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.

MHJ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product descriptions. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped with care. Please allow adequate time for each item to be prepared, packaged, and dispatched. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. MHJ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control (e.g., weather, postal disruptions).

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided where available. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

Due to the handcrafted and limited-quantity nature of MHJ products, all sales are generally final. However, returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.

• The item received is significantly different from what was described or shown.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

All content on this website — including product photos, descriptions, the MHJ name and logo, and all design elements — is the exclusive property of Mahone Handcrafted Jewelry. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.
