At Mahone Handcrafting Jewelry, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each piece we create is made with care and attention to detail, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition

• Free from damage, alterations, or signs of use

• Returned in the original packaging
   

Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.  

   Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at emahone7@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges on eligible items within the 10-day return window, subject to availability. If you'd like a different piece, reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
