Each piece we create is handcrafted with care, and we want to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This policy outlines our obligations to you and addresses various scenarios that may arise during the shipping process.

Order Processing

Processing Timeframes

Because every Mahone piece is handcrafted to order, please allow the following processing times before your item ships:

  • Standard items: 3–5 business days

  • Custom or personalized pieces: 7–10 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery windows vary by destination:

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Mahone Handcrafted Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. International shipping is based on carrier rates.

Shipping Methods & Packaging

All Mahone Handcrafted Jewelry orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your selected service and destination. Every order is carefully packaged in our signature gift box and wrapped with protective materials to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition.

Orders valued over $150 automatically include insurance and signature confirmation at no additional cost to you.

Potential Service Interruptions

While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery windows, certain situations may cause delays beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather events or natural disasters

  • National holidays or postal service closures

  • High-volume shopping periods (e.g., holidays)

  • Customs delays for international shipments

  • Carrier disruptions or staffing shortages

 

In the event of a known disruption, we will communicate proactively via email. If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us at emahone7@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

Mahone Handcrafted Jewelry is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. We recommend selecting signature confirmation for high-value orders or shipping to a secure location.
